We are looking for a condominium property manager, preferably with experience. You will be responsible for a portfolio of buildings, ensuring ongoing interaction with the co-owners and suppliers working within your residential buildings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supplier relations and technical management
- Dispute management
- Accounting
- Organising general meetings
- Drafting minutes and implementing the resolutions passed
- Day-to-day administration
- Checking that the condominium rules are properly applied
YOUR PROFILE: You have significant experience in property management. You are proficient in French and have a good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage. Professional use of Crypto software is an advantage. You are organised, proactive, have good client relationship skills and a genuine team spirit. A cheerful attitude is greatly appreciated!
The tools provided are dedicated professional software packages: Outlook, Crypto. Computer equipment is reviewed every two years.
Remuneration: Progressive by nature, depending on your profile, experience and commitment.
