Contact form for real estate ads:

When contacting the company regarding a real estate ad, the user provides their surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number on the website. They then leave a message. The reference number of the real estate ad is also collected.

This information is transmitted to the company via a secure data exchange. The company will then contact the user and provide them with more information about the property or offer a viewing appointment.

The user's data is stored in the company's e-mail software and in the database of the company's real estate software, which is processed by the processor and hosted by the subcontractor OVH SAS. These two processors are listed in section 3 "Processors". The data is hosted in France.

The company reserves the right to provide the user with additional ads for properties that have similar characteristics to the property in their enquiry. However, the user has the right to change the content of these items or to unsubscribe from them.

To exercise this right, the user sends an e-mail to the company.

General contact form:

When the user contacts the company with a general request, they provide their surname, first name, e-mail address and telephone number on the website. They then leave a message.

This information is transmitted to the company via a secure data exchange and enables contact with the user. The user's data is stored in the company's e-mail software. Users who have completed one of the two contact forms have the right to erasure and may request the complete erasure of their personal data.
