Renting commercial premises in Luxembourg starts by testing the intended activity against the premises as they are: permitted use, shopfront, storage and delivery access should suit before any fit-out. The lease term, the possibility of assigning it and the overall monthly cost weigh as much as the location. The real visibility of the entrance and the footfall in front of the premises are observed on site, during your opening hours. Rented premises are judged with their existing constraints, not with the decoration plan.

With Unicorn, prepare questions covering the permitted use, the fit-out works accepted by the landlord, the condition of the technical installations and the signage rules. Clarify what is included in the rent and what remains your responsibility, from shopfront maintenance to equipment. The commitment period, the notice period and the hand-back conditions are discussed before signing. During the viewing, follow the customers' route and the goods' route separately.

To rent commercial premises, review the listings and tell Unicorn your timeframe, monthly rent budget and essential requirements. Check the lease, additional charges and requested deposit before committing. Owners can also discuss ongoing support through our rental management service once a property is let. Contact our team to arrange a viewing, clarify the terms recorded in the documents and consider whether the space fits the intended period of use.
